  • 1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and selected European countries. We do not ship to Brazil or South America at this time.

  • 2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • 3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • • United Kingdom & Ireland: 06–18 business days

  • • Rest of Europe: 07–20 business days

  • Please note these are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections or peak seasons.

  • 4. Tracking Your Order

  • Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email. You can track your package at any time via our Track Our Order page or at 17track.net.

  • 5. Customs & Import Taxes

  • For orders to the United Kingdom, most purchases under £135 are not subject to additional customs charges. Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • 6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Glowsen is not responsible for packages undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • 7. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within 35 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Return

At glownsen.shop, our priority is to ensure your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Return Timeframe

You can request a return for any product within 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Personal hygiene or intimate care products.

  • Downloadable digital products.

  • Gift cards.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the product for the same item or a similar item (price differences will be charged or refunded), please contact us to check availability.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Defective products can be returned or exchanged without additional shipping costs.
